WITH THE DISCONTINUATION OF KALREZ® 1050LF AND KALREZ® 3018 DuPont has introduced the even more versatile Spectrum products in KALREZ® Spectrum™ 7375 and KALREZ® Spectrum™ 7390 and have successfully proven with its consistent performance.
KALREZ® 1050LF PERFLUOROELASTOMER PARTS HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED Mascot Systems Private Limited, believes that discontinuing the production of Kalrez® 1050LF parts may require you to qualify an alternate product. For many applications, DuPont can provide an alternative commercial product that may be functionally equivalent after you or your customer(s) conduct fitness for use testing for your end-use application(s). For most applications, DuPont™ Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7375 may be a suitable replacement for 1050LF. However for strong amine services, it is recommended that we move and substitute 1050LF with Spectrum™ 6380.

Kalrez® 1050LF vs. Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7375
DuPont™ Kalrez® 7375 perfluoroelastomer parts are innovative FFKM products based on a patented crosslinking system for chemical process industry applications where broad chemical resistance and water/steam resistance are needed at elevated temperatures. Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7375 parts exhibit excellent compression set resistance, outstanding physical property retention, and good mechanical strength properties. A maximum application temperature of 300°C (572°F) is suggested.
KALREZ® 3018 PERFLUOROELASTOMER PARTS HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED
Mascot Systems Private Limited, with the discontinuing of the production of Kalrez® 3018 parts may, require you to qualify an alternate product. For many applications, DuPont can provide an alternative commercial product that may be functionally equivalent after you or your customer(s) conduct fitness for use testing for your end-use application(s). For most applications, DuPont™ Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7390 may be a suitable replacement for 3018.

Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7390 perfluoroelastomer parts are versatile FFKM products based on a patented proprietary crosslinking system that can meet your 90 durometer (Shore A) Perfluoroelastomer specifications in practically all shapes and configurations where higher mechanical strength is needed. Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7390 parts are designed to reliably seal in the most demanding chemical and hot water/steam environments. Thermally stable up to 300 °C, it is an ideal fit for upstream and downstream applications such as: oilfield production/completion equipment, wireline and drilling tools, steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD), cyclic steam stimulation (CSS), mechanical seals, valves, compressors, and process instrumentation.
