Quality Control Engineer
Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive inspection and testing procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, quality control standards, and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Description: Quality Control:
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Product Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Testing and Analysis: Conduct various tests and experiments to evaluate the performance, durability, and functionality of mechanical systems and components.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of inspection findings, test results, and quality metrics. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues and deviations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in manufacturing processes to optimize product quality and reliability.
- Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, and address quality issues effectively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to communicate quality requirements, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) pertaining to product quality and safety.
Proficiency in coordinating and facilitating third-party inspections, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineer
- 2-3 years’ experience

Application Engineer
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide customised solutions using our product.
- Conduct technical discussions and presentations to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our products to prospective and existing clients.
- Provide presales and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, technical trainings and troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in product design and performance.
- Document technical specifications, application notes, and best practices to support internal teams and assist customers effectively using our products
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineer
- 2-3 years’ experience

Sales Engineer
Role Description:
This full-time role is for an Engineer – Project Sales to work on-site in Mumbai/Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Additionally, the Engineer – Project Sales will prepare quotations and proposals for customers, support the technical team, and work with the cross-functional team to ensure customer requirements are met. Work related travel time will be needed . experience in the Rotating or Instrumentation Field
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Chemical/instrumentation engineering or a related field
- Experience of 1-4 years in sales in the mechanical, instrumentation ,industrial, or manufacturing sector
Skillsets required:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with project sales, understanding commercial negotiations and contracting . Good networking person
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with the preparation of technical documentation
