Eccentric Disc Pumps: Smooth & Consistent Flow
Eccentric disc pumps consist of a cylinder and a pumping element mounted on an eccentric shaft. As the shaft rotates, chambers form within the cylinder, expanding at the intake to draw in fluid and contracting at the discharge to ensure a steady flow. This mechanism enables precise, pulsation-free transfer. Seal-less models are also available for enhanced reliability and leak-free operation.

Sliding Vane Pump Technology
Sliding vanes move in and out of rotor slots, creating pumping chambers. As the rotor turns, fluid enters these chambers at the suction port, travels around the casing and is discharged smoothly. This design ensures efficient consistent flow.

Screw Compressor Technology

Package
A screw compressor consists of two interlocking screws: a female screw with concave inlets and a male screw with convex helical inlets. The screws rotate in opposite directions, with the female screw driving the male screw via synchronization gears. The compressor operates in three phases: Intake, Compression and Exhaust.
Intake Phase: Air is drawn into the inlet port and fills the space between the rotating screws.
Compression Phase: The male and female threads reduce the available volume as they rotate, compressing the air.
Exhaust Phase: The compressed air is pushed into the delivery outlet.
